ホスピタリティーが良かった。

I stayed in a lower‑category room, so I expected it to be compact, but the layout was a bit inconvenient. The bed is placed very close to the window, and the curtains are unusually long. I tripped over them several times when walking between the bed and the window, which was frustrating. The housekeeping also missed replacing the used glasses from the previous day, although the staff apologized and corrected it when I mentioned it. On the positive side, the hotel’s attached restaurant, San Tomàre, was excellent. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It was one of the highlights of my stay. The breakfast staff were also wonderful — very kind, and one of them even spoke to me in Japanese, which made the morning feel warm and welcoming. Overall, the staff were polite and helpful, but I hope the hotel improves attention to detail in the room setup and cleaning.

フロントは感じが良かったが、BARの横にいるコンシェルジュは英語、イタリア語があまり得意では無い人側からすると感じが悪い。 朝食のパンはとても美味しい。 立地は良いので使い勝手は良いと思う

初めに予約していた部屋は下水臭く、それを誤魔化すように芳香剤が撒かれていました。 天井も低く、閉鎖的な空間であったこともあり、部屋の変更を申し出たところ快く受け入れていただきました。 翌日は大晦日ということもあり、満室で部屋の変更はできませんでしたが、返金に応じていただき丁寧な対応でした。 最初の部屋の状態は残念でしたが、移動後の部屋の居心地は悪くなく、朝食のビュッフェも美味しく、対応も満足のいくものでした。

掲載されている写真と違いました。 スイートルームには写真ではバルコニーがありましたが、実際にはある部屋とない部屋があるそうです。バルコニー付きの部屋をリクエストしましたが、ホテル側の裁量でアサインされるそうで、基準も不明確でした。予約時に記載していただきたかったです。 また、スイートルームにもかかわらず、アメニティはほとんどありませんでした。歯ブラシも置いていませんし、高級感もありませんでした。 総合的には日本のビジネスホテルと同等かそれ以下の印象で、とても四つ星とは思えませんでした。
