The hotel is off the main street facing a park. It is very quiet. Within a walking distance from Old Tbilisi - about 20 minutes. There is a metro station 5 minutes away from the hotel if you don't like walking. There are plenty of restaurants around. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. Breakast was very delicious and diverse. And the staff at the reception were super friendly and accomodating with all the needs. I would definitely stay there again.

Oksana who met us was the best! She made us feel like home, for real. The room, the shower, the pool upstairs, frontyard sitting, close to everything in old town, the center of Tbilisi.

Great location, spectacular views, good breakfast and lovely people

Beautiful hotel with rooftop bar. Great air con in the hotel. The walk back to the hotel from town is uphill but fine (it was 37 degrees when we were there). Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Hotel location is great, walkable to Rustaveli Avenue. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel room could be improved: The bathroom had a damp smell, the curtains have come off on a few hooks so the curtains don’t block out the daylight/sunlight. Rooms look a bit dated and could do with an update.
