The window was open when I entered the room and no screen so basically the cold outdoor air was entering the room and it was freezing.

Room was very clean. I did not like the policy of pre-charging $200 for 2 nights for incidentals and having to wait for my refund.

Room was fine and staff was nice. However, I sat at the bar for 10 minutes and finally just left when nobody came to take my offer. Also, though the restaurant is supposed to open at 6:30 for breakfast, it didn’t open until 7:15 and theee was a long line. Apparently, not all the staff came in on time.

You can choose to self park for $25.00 but if you leave you have to pay another $25.00 to park. We chose to pay the $48.00 for 24 hours.

Nice quite room. The HVAC system was responsive. The arcade is beautiful. Quick room service. Nice location.

I enjoy staying at the Embassy Suite by Hilton. The staff at the front are very helpful and check in was fast and professional and most of all pleasant to talk to. The room was clean and comfortable. I also had breakfast and the workers where also very nice and polite even the ones that cleaned the tables. I recommend it to anyone who needs a great safe hotel. Thanking everyone for a excellent experiance.
