Clean hotel with nice rooms, the bed was comfortable and the bathrobe was very soft which was appreciated. Nice to have the pool and hot tub. The only downsides were the noise from the C-train passing often most of the night and some questionable characters present around that area of the city.

Very clean and quiet considering how close to airport.

Extremely disappointing experience. 1. At 10:40 in the morning, one staff opened our room’s door using his master key, without our consent or knowledge. He claimed that a lock repair was scheduled for our room, but we never ever asked for that repair and our key card worked well without any problems. I was sleeping on the bed and one stranger opened the door and tried to come in. Although I verified that staff’s identity with the front desk, they said he was indeed their man and apologized. Nevertheless, this problem still reflected unprofessional and poor management of their staff and working procedures. This was absolutely not acceptable and ridiculous! 2. Their room service was upon “request” before 10 AM. So after we came out on the second day of our stay, no room service was provided. When we came back to the hotel in the evening, what we saw was exactly same as when we left. I did hang don’t disturb signs on the door because we wanted to get up later. Does don’t disturb represent NO ROOM SERVICE on that day? Still, poor management and service. 3. I booked a room with a sofa bed. But that room was very small, and the “sofa bed” was actually a two-people sofa, not a bed! Overall, this was a very disappointing and unsatisfactory living experience. I always choose living with Sandman for all my travels. This experience is definitely the worst! Avoid this hotel to people who don’t want to be invaded when they’re sleeping, living without room service and downgraded!

very good stay. clean and neat. staff ok. Restaurant in the hotel had great food and useful that it is in the same place. Comfortable and clean room - spacious. Parking cannot handle oversize vehicles but easy parking in the area. Excellent access to downtown. Will stay there again.
