Parking garage is small overhead. Our truck did not fit and we were rold ee needed to come move it. Staff didnt have any good recommendatiins. The paid lot they tell you to go to is not secure and has a recird of break ins. Had to find our own place. Ended up paying to park at a hotel a half mile down street. This needs to be fixed. Probobly wont come again until so.

I'm fairly picky about hotel rooms and the details, but I had a hard time finding anything less than exceptional at this place. The black out shades, the decor, the bedding - all well done. I would highly recommend it to others.

Nickeled and Dimed, but still a good time! The hotel is gorgeous and the location is perfect. The "urban fee" is a ridiculous way to make you overspend - just charge me $10 more dollars at the top and don't make me 'figure out hot how to utilize the $10 minibar credit that I am getting charged $10 a day for.' I recommend it for the luxury and the staff, but will try another resort next trip.

Property is right near the water so calming. Airport shuttle is a plus even though it doesn’t run all day. It’s also close to the BART station and the bus runs right on the block.

The hotel is very outdated. The carpet needs to be replaced. The bed was really hard. I waited 30 minutes to get my car from the valet after checking out.

Front desk staff always helpful and friendly. Free coffee I. The morning is also great! This time my room faced Post street, which was a little louder than I like but not bad. Ask for an inside facing room if you prefer the quiet.
