Bennett Valley Pet-friendly Vacations

Check on was ok; we arrive to the hotel earlier and our room was not ready yet; they offer to store our luggage and move it to the room when ready. We got a corner room which is bigger than the one you can get on one of the halls. Cleanliness of the room was ok, we noticed some built-up on the HVAC vent. The body wash in bathroom Was either broken or empty. The rest of the amenities were as expected.

The classic San Francisco! Where should I begin?? Everything was so immaculate! Service flawless; Rooms were perfectly clean and beds were perfectly comfortable. Of course the hotel is old but boy they have maintained it so well ! Its right at Union Square so you already won in terms of location! Its central to everything and you can pick and choose any of the public transportation modes that SFO provides right outside of the hotel. We loved it and will definitely come back again.

The staff here was very professional and helpful. My room was always nice and clean. And I want to thank Dhali Robinson for his excellent help. He made my stay so amazing.

Beautiful suites, helpful staff

Immediately greeted when we pulled into the private round about. They helped with our luggage. We had a speedy check in. The hotels smells amazing! My friend literally says omg! Carmen this smells like one of your perfumes! It was delightful. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. We are so happy with our stay, no question we will stay again here.

Checking in was rough at Hotel Riu The unfriendly clerk asked for my credit card which I didn’t have on me immediately so I went out to where my husband who was in the rental car(just got off a 6 hour flight.)He came in with me and gave his card and it was approved. We both went back to our vehicle after getting our key cards and the male clerk chased behind me and said my card didn’t go through. I ( felt like a criminal)so I followed him back in. He doubled checked and sure enough it hAD gone through! No sorry no waters given like the other patrons. On a good note the breakfast buffet was delightful and clean rooms

Parking garage is small overhead. Our truck did not fit and we were rold ee needed to come move it. Staff didnt have any good recommendatiins. The paid lot they tell you to go to is not secure and has a recird of break ins. Had to find our own place. Ended up paying to park at a hotel a half mile down street. This needs to be fixed. Probobly wont come again until so.
