The property was very clean and was very impressed with how nice the staff was. You had to pay for breakfast-it is not free. No free coffee bar either. They were somewhat stingy on the towels. The first day I had wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels. The next day they only refilled the bath towels. Never received wash cloths again. They made the beds but did not sweep. My biggest complaint is that the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance during my 3 day stay. So I was extremely bummed even when they wouldn’t offer a small refund. They also double charged me for my stay. I paid back in March on Expedia and they charged my card when I got there. However the lady was able to give me a refund on the second charge once I brought it to her attention. I stayed here for the convenience of the convention center, but I might look around at other options next time.

I spent a week comparing hotels and, despite my skepticism, (it just looked too good and affordable to be true) so I booked this one for a single night — and I was pleasantly surprised. It exceeded the ad claims: thoughtful amenities, a relaxed, down-to-earth staff and owners, and beautifully decorated communal spaces that feel like a cozy home. The atmosphere is fun and varied, with plenty of tasteful areas to hang out and unwind. All of this comes at a fraction of the price you’d expect for such quality. Four stars — highly recommended; they’ve clearly put a lot of care into the details.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Best location to walk to all major sightseeing and cruise. Lovely restaurent and coffee shop and bar. Staffs were so nice e and helpful

Hydraulic fluid smell permented the hallways from the elevator shafts.

We fell in love with the location of this hotel! Minutes walk from pikes place market, the Seattle art museum, and the aquarium, you just can’t beat it. Not to mention, the staff was super friendly and gave us some great recommendations on where to eat. The room was clean and up to date with modern finishes. This is small, but I really liked that they had a hand soap dispenser instead of the bar soap you get at a lot of hotels. The food in the hotel restaurant was also good. Oh and the rooftop bar overlooks the water, and we were able to enjoy that over a drink (see picture). Safe to say, we really enjoyed our stay here. Would come back again in a heartbeat!
