Hotel Hugo was decent. I would stay here again, but nothing amazing. When I first went into the room it had a bit of a funky smell, so I sprayed some perfume around to help. The outlets didn’t work in some areas, the TV sound wouldn’t work, and the ceiling in the bathroom was in rough shape. Other than that, it was fine. Good room size, convenient location for me, felt safe, etc.

Very humid in the room. Bed Linens including pillows had a distinct odor. Very unpleasant for sleeping.

The hotel is great also the location staff helpful and friendly only problem is that you can hear the traffic and out side noise at night.

Originally I had wanted to cancel my reservation but in glad I didn’t. Beautiful room, nice view. Although it’s a high traffic area, it’s was really quiet. Rooms were very clean. I look forward to staying there again. Also staff was so nice ! In all areas everyone you encountered was so welcoming and nice.

The stay was nice but i found a roach just walking about near the bed. I told the front desk but all they said was okay. Which I have picture and video of.

Could use some refurbishing. Definitely no frills. No robes, no coffee machine in the room.

Always such an amazing experience. The rooms are perfectly maintained but what really stands out is the STAFF!!! They are all so kind and genuine. Recommend to all.

Great location, really nice vibe. Stayed here for one night with the family and got upgraded to a corner room with a city view, couldn't be happier. Friendly staff, great rooms, wish we had stayed there longer!
