Staff were really good . The price was definitely worth it for the room. It is in a really busy part of town. Great party area.

This is the perfect hotel right after a very long flight. I stayed here with my family for three nights when we first got in. They definitely have a very good breakfast buffet compared to most of the other hotels we stayed at this was our favorite. This hotel has everything you need including a shuttle back to the airport where you can easily access the train system to get around. I am sure if you called the hotel when you land they can have your shuttle come pick you up because they do have certain times the shuttle comes and goes to and from the hotel and airport. The staff was amazing.

Room was spotless, though a little outdated - same with the club lounge. Club lounge provided beer, wine and spirits & mixers. Staff were all very courteous. Easy check in. Hotel close to a sky train station, bus stop and plenty of taxis & tuk-tuks around also. Having a balcony on the 56th floor made our stay incredible, especially with the river view! Made our special trip, extra special. Only downfall is the sky bar is very busy and guests there use the same lifts - sometimes a bit of wait to get in the lift when on certain floors but staff tried to ensure guests staying at hotel were a priority. Would DEFINITELY stay here again !

It was our second time to Hansar. The staff’s are excellent and the breakfast is brilliant

Spacious, stylish room which was immaculately clean and with large, thick towels. The windows take light from the atrium and so there’s no natural light in the room which makes it a bit dark and means there’s no view, but if the room is just a base and you’ll be out all day, it’s an ideal location. Minor point, but as a country with fantastic coffee, sachets of instant Nescafé in the room were a disappointment! Despite it being very busy outside, the hotel is very peaceful, it also has a great spa which is competitively priced. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. They will also offer advice and guidance around the best way to get around the city and/or help you arrange a Grab or tuk tuk.

Very good value for the price. Well designed room. The hotel is quite well located to access other areas but the immediate area around the hotel is not necessarily very pleasant.
