Excellent facility except for they run you away from the pool seating saying its reserved.

Excellent location in South Beack very close to Ocean Drive. Staff were lovely. Very tired property. No elevators working. Not comfortable. No rugs. Tiny bathroom.

We loved staying here and will definitely be back! Yes, it is very expensive, but compared to other Miami hotels this one is the best overall deal for what you get.

The hotel is generally OK. The half board option is certainly recommended. The parking is a pain. As a visitor, I need a few minutes to set up my sat nav before departing. Generally the spaces outside the hotel are full of rental cars awaiting collection so valets leave your car blocking the entrance. Taxi and other drivers are totally impatient when their exit is blocked. The $50 charge and tips to the valets also make it quite expensive. The hotel elevators are a disaster. Too small, too slow and not enough of them. It took us 20 minutes to get an elevator to reception with enough room for us and our bags when we checked out

View and location was amazing, however hotel is old and needs refreshment. Doesn't apply for a 4 stars hotel. No slippers, no cotton ear buds. Cups for coffee/tea was paper with only one choice of tea! Thanks God in bathroom was a glass cups. Restaurant was in very poor condition but expensive!

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy
