Southern Ontario Pet-friendly Vacations

We were late checking IN but I called that we are going to be late BUT still when checked IN about 6:30pm the staff said they’re STILL cleaning the room. After waiting for about 20 minutes when entered into the room,, IT WAS NOT VACUUM and the washroom looked not cleaned well. We will never go back there again and recommend to our friends

Great location. Hotel rooms a little dated and dark. Staff were all very helpful. Room booked for 2 adults & 2 kids, however housekeeping only left 3 towels & 2 bath robes so had to contact them everyday for extra towels. Would be nice to be told a bit more about the hotel & amenities at check in.

Overall it was fine. Exactly what I was expecting. A large inner city hotel, reasonably priced, worn out around the edges, popular with families and young people. The lobby was overcrowded & noisy, the restaurant/bar was a total must-miss!

needed a reasonable hotel for my birthday weekend and i'm glad i picked this spot! everything was super clean and well kept. i don't really have anything negative to say.

The room was outdated, it seemed all “old” for what we paid. It was a small reception area, always crowded. The breakfast was awful.
