Room was clean and the facilities were well maintained

Room was not cleaned the first day and we had to get new towels and washclothes ourselves. Also, toliet paper was not replenished for 4 people staying in the room. Soap bar was not replaced as well. Heat was up 79-80 and room was still intermittently cold.

It was ok, but not worth the money in my opinion. The room was very basic, the temp just didn't feel right no matter if we put it on heat or cool. The best part of the stay was the shower pressure. I could hear vacuums and toilets flush around us. No breakfast included, you pay at the little shop. I was a little annoyed that heaters weren't turned on the patio, and when I asked if they could be turned on, I was told it would happen under 51 degrees, yet it was about 45 outside. I was surprised to also have to pay $15/day to park! It was in walking distance or a short drive to a lot of shops in the Village District which was nice, but I would probably pay the same to stay at a more inclusive spot next time.
