This hotel is amazing. I have no words to describe just how wonderful the staff is. How beautiful the rooms are. How delicious the food was. However i did want to use this review to warn people that there are 2 different hiltons here in my opinion. The main 4 star hilton & the 3 star hilton with the kitchens. When booking on expedia there really no way to tell what one your booking. Id call and confirm your in the main building and not the old one from the 90's. For example you check in at the main lobby then you have to leave the building go outside enter a separate building, the the sepreate build is simply not the same. Good luck have fun !

I have stayed here before and loved it. Everything about the property is first rate. The rooms are very clean and well kept. For the location, it’s also great value

Renovations are underway at the driver via;let entrance. The elevators in this area are also out of service for the renovation.

Did not like the restaurant too rigit with their menu could only order toast my choice of breakfast but only with a full course order ,absoultely no flexibility !!

I thought my room was amaaaazing! I’ve never had a room like that before. The view was great too. Plus it was up graded too, for free. I loved the bathroom too. Next time I will stay longer. I could probably just stay in that room for days and not leave.

big and spacious - 3 of us stay in the hotel room and we got a extra bed that was in the living area. full kitchen which was great!! the shower drain was clogged as the water would build up when using. location was great! super close to yonge street and yorkville accessible to many shops and restaurants

We stayed in the King + Sofa Bed suite at the Residence Inn for 3 nights. Overall our stay was great and the hotel location was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were 5 stars, very helpful and always in good spirits. Breakfast was included and a great selection of food, including coffee options such as cold brew. The room itself has a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc., so you could prepare your own food if needed. The mattress on the sofa bed in our room was not comfortable and really not useable. The staff were quick to remedy this and brought us a cot that was much more comfortable. The hotel itself seems to be going through upgrades. Our room was a bit dated and the sofa bed really needs to be upgraded. I would also suggest offering a two queen option. The kitchen is a nice to have but largely not needed for short stays in TO.
