Great overall experience, very good location, and super friendly staff!

Very nice hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side. Very convenient location.

Unfortunately, my bathroom was dirty. There was no hand soap, and there was hair everywhere--behind the door, in front of the toilet, in front of the tub, etc. I had already unpacked for a 2 week stay in town, or I'd have moved. The hotel did call and offer to clean for me and to move me. I declined again, I had too much to repack.

The room I booked at this hotel was absolutely lovely! The atmosphere was so nice, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room spotless. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was fantastic. I also had a wonderful night’s sleep on the comfy king bed. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a getaway. Overall clean comfortable room, staff were very friendly and hotel was very generous with amenities like breakfast included (can choose anything from the regular menu), nice restaurant, daily free happy hour in lobby, vouchers for food/drink. Hotel was in a nice area that’s walkable to many different neighbourhoods and attractions. The bathroom amenities could be nicer/better, lighting in the rooms can be improved upon. While the area was quiet, my room was overlooking the back of the hotel and the filling/emptying of garbage bins was loud at night and in the early hours of the morning. Parking is also quite expensive if you have a vehicle

The hotel was under renovation. Amenities including dinner was not available. In the future, Expedia should make consumers aware of this in advance. Location met overall needs. Rooms had been updated prior and were comfortable.

Everything was great. Breakfast buffet was extremely high priced for the offerings and there is no complimentary coffee in the room. Other than that, the room was great and very clean. I would stay again.
