Westgate lake and spa is excellent but the rental car company is the biggest scam artist out there I can’t believe expida deals with them and puts your in a situation that will ruin your family vacation I paid for the collision through expida and it was a package deal they wanted 1000 security deposit I had my own lie ability insurance information with me and they didn’t even look at it plus the said the tolls are 30 dollars each I was towards the back of the line it was a run down place dirty and 25 minutes from the air port the drove me and my granddaughter the people in front of me were yelling at the rental people and some customers were crying and some could even get the car because of high they were up charging us and they were told they have to wait out in the street not on there property trying to strong arm rob us I had to pay an additional 500 dollars on top of my booking it was a horrible experience and scared the crap out of my eleven year old granddaughter I even said I was going to write a review about what they are doing he straight up said he didn’t care and laughs I can believe Expedia even partners with them and I’m sure this is not the first complaint that they have heard about Zezgo car rental remember ZEZGO car retail do not use unless you want an extremely bad experience Expedia needs to stop using the altogether or they will get a bad reputation

This is our 3rd time staying at the resort and its an absolutely amazing place to be here.

Every thing was fine

Stayed at the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and overall had a pretty good experience. The hotel itself is very large, spacious, and has a nice resort-style atmosphere. The grounds and common areas feel open and relaxing, especially if you’re spending time around the pool or walking through the property. The rooms were comfortable, but they definitely feel a bit outdated, especially with the carpet flooring. A room refresh in the future would make a big difference. The restaurants and food on site were decent and convenient after long days at the parks. One of the best parts of the stay was the water taxi to Universal Orlando Resort. It was easy, enjoyable, and made getting to and from the parks much more convenient. Overall, a solid stay with great transportation access and a relaxing resort feel.

We loved this hotel. The amenities were outstanding, especially the complimentary breakfast, dinner (the website called this "snacks", but it is a full dinner!), drinks, and all-day popcorn and fountain drinks. The shuttle to the Universal parks was convenient, too. After spending so much money to enjoy the parks, these perks were such a welcome respite. Our room had a fridge and a microwave - further helping us to waste less food and be less reliant on eating out the whole trip! We also took advantage of the hot tub (pool was too cold for us, unfortunately).

Room was clean and all around well maintained. Breakfast with many and different options.
