"The room was big, cool, comfortable and clean. Nice kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. No bathtub. The staff very helpful and friendly. Many pets from other travelers, we had our cat w/us. Nice common room w/TVs and fireplace. Good breakfast w/variety, however ran out of food bf breakfast service over. Should offer coffee, hot chocolate and tea 24/7. Good but small pools, however no shade @ 2nd pool. Parts of property needs cleaning due to so many dogs on premises."
"There were flies all over the sink and throughout the room. We were hooked on a room on the third floor. The elevator bailed to work most of the entire day. The hotel was not clean."
