Great older hotel. Not in its prime but still nice. Staff was great in all areas from Valet to barkeeps.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Monville. The location is excellent—walkable to many key spots in Montreal, but still quiet enough to relax at night. The room was a good size and felt clean overall. That said, I did notice water rings on nearly every surface in the room, which made me question how thoroughly it was wiped down between guests. A bit more attention to detail on cleaning would go a long way.

Gorgeous hotel, and perfect location- absolutely everything within walking distance. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, and excellent service, from housekeeping to concierge to restaurant. Excited to stay again on next visit to Montréal!

Wonderful hotel & all of the stuff was super friendly. Room was very spacious with nice decor & comfy bed. Loved having breakfast & hanging out in a hotel lobby which had eclectic decorations. In addition hotel had a wonderful shop with variety of items for yourself or gifts. We loved it!

The shower did not work, it absolutely did not move, you could not turn it on. A nice young man from the hotel cam and looked and confirmed. Very nice lady at reception gave me a discount, but really.... How was the shower cleaned if it did not turn on? I expect to be able to take a shower....

Loved our stay. Great amenities and the staff was so above and beyond accommodating and helpful. Would stay again without hesitation.
