Don't get me wrong, the view is amazing, but if you're disabled please understand the Rorbua pub and the pizza place aren't actually in the hotel, and if a cruise comes through the line is long untii 2am. It's not easily ADA accessible. Expedia and Booking claim room service, but that's patently false.
They also told me I wasn't a member, which I absolutely was. I'd signed up for priority check-in and both in Tromsø and in Oslo said I hadn't.
And the free breakfast tasted horribly. I'm -Norweigan American, and that wasn't either.
