Nanyo Pet-friendly Vacations

This onsen hotel is well maintained and have beautiful view of Beppu bay. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here for sure. As of food, the daily buffet style breakfast was provided at nearby sister hotel and dinner at 2 different onsite restaurants (one in each hotel). This hotel doesn’t have public onsen but you can certainly use the one in sister hotel if you prefer public onsen over the private one in your room. Staff here are very friendly and helpful with anything. The only problem is the location, it’s less than 10 minutes train ride to Beppu station with local train but the train is only every 30 mins or so.

Fully remote/self service. Check in was through a screen. Love the property and amenities. Wish our stay was longer

露天風呂は開放感があって良い。 しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。 室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない） エアコンの暖房が効かない 備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。 敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。 総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。 唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。

객실상태는 깨끗했습니다. 호스트분도 빠른 답변을 주셨어요. 창문을 열면 소음이 다소 있긴 했는데 첫날만 그러고 그뒤론 조용했습니다. 계단이 가팔라서 아이나 나이가 많으신분은 다소 위험이 있습니다. 전반적으로 만족했습니다.

Laundry was free of charge. The air conditioner had some issues . The sofa has crumbs and a small area of floor was sticky. Like that the toilet and the shower are in separate room. The size of the room is big compared to other accommodation in Japan. There was only one pair of slipper for the toilet room but none to be used inside the room.
