Beautiful, comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. Casino was fun and the show we went for was amazing. The food at the Waterway Deli was disappointing. The chicken breast in my sandwich was raw in the middle.

Me and my fiancé stayed at the Coast Seattle Downtown Hotel by APA and had a fantastic experience. The location is hard to beat; it’s incredibly central, making it easy to walk to major landmarks like Pike Place Market and the waterfront. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the Japanese-inspired amenities—like the TOTO Washlets and high-quality robes—added a unique, comfortable touch that you don't usually find in standard downtown hotels. The staff were consistently professional and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in and out process. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a seamless, well-maintained stay in the heart of the city.

Great location and no complaints

You MUST book a stay here. It gives the warm hug you need in your Seattle travels. This is by far the best hotel ever. The doorpersons greeting, all the friendly staff and restaurant server(Heidi) all rer winners!!! Really nice and engaging. Very knowledgeable staff in restaurant for certain. Mark the driver of the Audi car with complementary local drop off was above and beyond. Professional and very personable. This location puts you in a walkable safe area. My room is as super clean and the ascetic was uber vibey. Slept like a baby. I will most def be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful location! Absolutely beautiful!

Rooms were immaculate. There are no refrigerators in the room which seemed odd. The coffee service in the room was a bit lame but there is a great coffee shop attached to the lobby and it opens at 6:30 and you can charge it to your room. The location is perfect especially if you are going to the Neptune theatre for a show. It’s steps away from the Neptune. View of Seattle and the mountains is fabulous. The rooms are appointed like no other hotel room that I’ve been in. Interesting, eclectic yet not cluttered with useless adornments. Art deco. Very comfortable furniture. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows didn’t break your neck. I would definitely stay there again.

An excellent stay! The hotel is clean and classy, and conveniently located right next to many public transit options. The staff are superbly pleasant and seem genuinely eager to help. The room (Classic single-queen) was decently comfortable, though with some quirks of an older building; the shower pressure was lower than ideal, and some of the power outlets didn’t always work. A highlight of the stay was Oliver’s, the hotel’s restaurant and bar, with its many excellent craft cocktails. Overall a good experience, and I would certainly consider staying again for future Seattle visits!

Property is very pet friendly for our dogs. Even has welcoming treats, water, and blankets. Room was really nice. Good size for king bedroom. I also like the location of the room on first floor with patio area that was enclosed by nature (bushes). Friendly and accommodating staff with great food too. Would stay again.
