As someone who is extremely selective about cleanliness and service, I can confidently say The Loden sets the standard. From the European-elegance to the incredibly comfortable beds, soaking tub, and city views, everything is beautiful.
The location is ideal—just steps away from upscale shopping, restaurants, bakeries, and coffee spots. Above all, the service is remarkably consistent. The staff always greet us with warm smiles, and whenever we visit for a special occasion, they go out of their way to make it unforgettable.

Stayed here for one night and really enjoyed my stay. The staff member at check is was very friendly/knowledgeable and upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and clean. This was my second stay and won’t be my last 😊
