This resort is always the best option for a trip to Vegas, rooms are clean and comfy, there are great restaurant options and the staff is always welcoming.

Good value stay (for the price of the room only) to be right in the heart of the strip. However, no microwave, coffee brewer or hot kettle available in the room. Normally you can request a hot kettle but they didn’t have enough for all rooms and what they had was all assigned to people. So we had to go down to the casino/registration floor where the cafe restaurants are and get hot water which they $1.09 for. So if you need hot water in the room, look elsewhere. Everything else was good. Though just limit of two devices on the WiFi, which is a norm at all big resorts in the strip not just at Paris; is a let down. They charge $60 some dollars each night for resort fees which includes the pool (closed for winter when we went there) and wifi access. Parking fee is separate if you bring your car. So not sure what else is covered in the “resort” fee. That price does feel a bit ridiculous when you know the guests will likely be spending at your casino too.

Hotel is very good , but garage exit with the room key did not work , had to fumble and hit the help key after a long wait to exit after checkout from the hotel, for a premium hotel, it should be easier than that

Will be nice if the hotel can think about what a new hotel guest will be going through. They will usually drive up to the hotel and look for parking. Then they will look into how to check-in and how to get to their room. It will be nice to mention in the welcome text to fill out the registration and the credit card authorization, AND also mention if we have a vehicle, what shall we do. Also will be helpful if the text will let us know the office in the building will be closed on Saturdays (and Sundays?) We were trying to figure all these out while carrying our luggages under strong winds, lucky it didn't rain. Will also be helpful to text us that we need to submit those 2 forms, then we will receive our gate and door codes. Restroom didn't smell fresh. Other than the aforementioned, the stay was good.

New modern hotel. Bedroom is humongous, feels like an apartment. But, bed is very very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful at all times. The key system only works if you download an app, I got a real key and it didn't work.

As always our stay at EAST was great. We booked a One Bedroom Residence suite as usual and everything was perfect.

So many things are great, and well, so much needs updating and improving. On a positive note, the suite with two rooms was accommodating to my family. The welcome Prosecco and fruit was appreciated. Location great and staff friendly. Unfortunately, the room was so dark, dreary and depressing. We had issues- toilet not flushing, shower not draining, and the bedding is disappointing. Brunch was nice, bar also disappointing. Some of the staff smelled like body odor and just over all not inviting. If this place was a three star hotel and the price indicated that, I would be ok, but it surely should not be a Leading Hotel of the World.

Gorgeous hotel, great pool and private beach.

Spent our wedding night here. The service was stelar and the suite was phenomenal! The room and hotel itself was pristine and quiet. I also like that there is no casino in the hotel. Will definitely return in the future.

This apartment was perfect for what we needed. It is central to many parts so you could walk if you wanted. We did rent a car so it was great that free parking for 2 spots was available. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I'd likely come and stay again when I am back in the area
