When we booked the hotel room it wasn’t advertised that the swimming pool was out of service for 48 hrs.

The front desk staff were amazing, kind and helpful, it was a quiet and relaxing room. Excellent!

Upon arriving you walk into a very strong incense smell throughout the space and persisted throughout our stay. Guests who are sensitive to scents may find this uncomfortable as I did. Also, they require you to use the slippers provided (which I found to be unhygienic). The photos show they have laundry but they don’t. The space was clean enough but some areas could be improved (e.g., bathroom mat was very dirty as well as the area around the mat and base of the tub).

Great location, easy to walk to theatre and harbour area. Lovely older home, room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hosts were absolutely lovely and even offered to cover street parking if no free spots were available behind the building. The mattress was a little soft and we rolled toward the middle, but it was still comfortable and the room was incredibly clean. Breakfast is more of a hostel-style shared kitchen with help-yourself options, and the fancy coffee machine was a great touch. Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. With that being said it can be quite loud with the music from nearby bars, but a white noise machine was provided. Would absolutely stay again!
