Valet staff helpful, reception less so. Fitness room rubbish, shouldn't be mentioned. Only one elevator for 7 floors, slow and broke. Continental breakfast minimum. Rooftop bar seems to be independent business, but nice views.

From check-in to check-out, our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Every staff member we encountered was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel right at home. The rooftop pool was one of our favorite parts of the stay—the atmosphere was perfect, whether you wanted to relax or just enjoy the view. The entire hotel had such a great vibe, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We had an incredible experience and will definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Stellar location, view of Hollywood from 22nd floor was spectacular, great room services, and friendly staff. Shuttle to/from the universal park was very straightforward. Would visit again!

Very clean and quiet place to stay, lost of restaurant in the area and very close to a big mall and close to all concert venue.

Had a fantastic stay at Kimpton La Peer! The hotel is stylish, impeccably clean, and perfectly located in the heart of West Hollywood. The staff was warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Beautiful rooms, great atmosphere, and an overall wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean. My problem is the hotel seems to be losing the charm it once had since it has been taken over by Hilton. This was my 3rd stay at the property and unfortunately my least favorite. I hope they can restore the charm as well as remodel and update some of the hotel.
