Slow check-in with highly unusual approach to guests by demanding photo I’d from our spouses? Why would a hotel need to know the names of the second occupants in a room. Very time consuming when there’s a long check-in line.

Clean room, polite front desk attendant. Had a little difficulty figuring out heating/ cooling in the room. Too hot when I entered, so turned heat down. Got too cold at night, so tried to turn heat up, with difficulty. Maybe just me, not good with digital stuff. Cute room, nice bathroom.
