Really really lovely hotel. We had a top floor studio and the view across the city from our room was incredible. The hop on and off bus had a stop right outside so we explored the whole city really easily. The bar and restaurant served lovely food and drink and the staff were wonderful. Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Would definitely go back there.

Our family spent 5 days including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day here and had a wonderful time. Great property offering great service, food, and amenities. Pricey but great memories were made here so worth it for us.

This hotel is very middle of the road for the price you pay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They only have 1 elevator working until March 2026, which results in long waits for the elevator and often times it is full when it arrives. This is not acceptable. I would recommend one of the other top tier resorts over this one if the options are available.
