Staffing! I had such a disappointing experience with rhe staff. When I checked in, I paid the taxes due and paid for my airport shuttle. Upon checkout, the staff member told me I owed money. I corrected him. He became argumentative and then showed me the receipt. The receipt was for a DIFFERENT GUEST and then he acted like it was no big deal. Then, he asked for money AGAIN. I told him he had the wrong guest portfolio! I was getting upset and worried that there wouldn’t be a shuttle. It arrived late because the staff member at check in scheduled the wrong time. I was really stressed out and not a great way to begin a 24 hour travel day. Will never stay at this hotel again! Incompetent and rude staff members!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and well kept. It’s hidden among the streets of Medina. I’m glad we stayed there with our kids. The staff was very helpful at all times.
