The arrival to hotel was extremely chaotic. No one in charge directing cars etc. we utilized the valet & the head bellman (dressed up in garb) was exceptionally rude. He must have had some big feelings that day. The other bellmen were amazing.
While we have always wanted to stay at said hotel - its a one & done.

Lovely stay here but a bit on the pricey side for a hotel without amenities. Very close to restaurants and shopping in old town. Room was spacious with a small kitchenette. Breakfast was included which was nice (food was great).

I’ve been travelling for many years all over the world, andI would have to say this hotel has some of the colitis nicest accommodating staff I’ve ever met. Also, Dante, the doggy concierge is super cute.

I absolutely love this gem of a Hotel. The location is fabulous for restaurants/bars and very close to old Montreal (if you like a short walk, around 20 minutes.)
The indoor pool is lovely and we very much enjoyed the rooftop area with the great views. Brilliant place to relax after walking this gorgeous city.

Had to think about the rating. On the plus side it is on a major street with many bus connections, the rooms are good size with separate living room, kitchen area, bed and bath rooms. Kitchen has full size frig, coffee maker and microwave. No oven or any dishes. There are washers and dryers on sight if you need to do laundry. Property is quite dated but rooms were clean with daily housekeeping. Breakfast buffet included and was ok.Tea and coffee available through the day.
