The property is located outside the city centre. The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in before the scheduled time, which was greatly appreciated. There is parking available, although spaces cannot be reserved. The hotel was very clean throughout our stay. The room could benefit from some updating; however, the hotel is currently undergoing renovation, so this is likely to improve soon.

Good breakfast. Very happy that they let me have a late checkout.

Room was great. Bed was so comfortable best nights sleep ever. Found the beer prices expensive at 11 euros for 2 half pints. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant

Excellent and beautiful place to stay. Free shuttle to and from the airport. We will stay here again!

Amazing hotel. Every member of staff I came into contact with provided exceptional service. The room was spacious, nice bathtub, extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The head concierge was exceptional and scored a same day reservation for a Michelan restaurant as well. Will be back next time I am in Brussels.

Lovely new hotel, beautiful room, extremely helpful polite staff. Love Radisson hotels and now wont accept anything less!!
