Nice hotel overall but the very slow restaurant service let it down massively

Bland. Disastrous decor. Indifferent housekeeping quality. Poor facility for electric outlets near bedside. Breakfast - showed made to order eggs on the signage but unavailable Lounge- closed at 800pm and not available therefore after a day of sightseeing. Price paid - not good value for money

Beautiful hotel. Room/suite was perfect for me. Staff were very helpful and professional. Breakfast the best I have had in a long time with good selection. Would hope to stay at this hotel again if I visit Brussels again. Would recommend.

Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. I was happy with the regulated temperature in the room, especially on the hot summer day when I visited Brussels. Overall, a comfortable stay and a reasonable hotel. Yes, the building and the rooms are a little run down, but they were well maintained nevertheless. It might not be as luxurious as other hotels with the same star rating, but for the price I paid, I thought it was very reasonable.

Our stay at Juliana Hotel Brussels was wonderful! The front desk staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely spectacular, and the breakfast was honestly amazing — everything was delicious and beautifully prepared. The hotel has a great atmosphere and excellent service overall. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely return!

Room clean but very warm. Some works were ongoing but caused little disruption. Will stay again.

Very welcoming and helpful staff upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our room for 4 was perfect after a long travel day. Clean, spacious, and each kid had their own bed. The room was cool and quiet and we all slept great. Perfect location for exploring the cities major historical sites and finding great spots to eat.

Rough start , I was given a twin room when I arrive instead of double room . I was put to an extension building outside the hotel . Next day I spoke to the Asian lady ( general manager) the most unhelpful manager I’ve meet . Never listen to me and she needed a customer service training - smile atleast and listen . Nice hotel but manager is a let down .
