***PARKING*** The unit in tower D is very spacious and comfortable, All equipment works; the a/c, hot shower, running water, fridge, microwave and washer were perfect. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The amenities however is a bit hassle. You only have access to the pool but you have to register each time you have to use it (per day) also you have to pay per person. No access to the gym. And my other problem was, no designated parking. You can find parking only during 9am to 9pm during Mall business hours and you PAY per hour. I couldnt rent a car due to NO Parking designation. So before you consider this property take note, there is no overnight parking. Overall, I like the unit we stayed in, the area was safe and everything is walkable. But not the amenities and the parking situation. I probably will caution my friends to come to this place.

They only allow 1 face, hand and body towel. Requested more but was told just one per room. I like to have a towel to wipe down the counter after washing my face. Hotel smelled like sewer the entire time. Door to room would t close properly. Had to keep pushing to close. Ate at the restaurant, took 2 hours of I get food. Has to ask for my tea 3 times! Finally after almost 2 hours, they bought a cup. Was told after that because of the typhoon warning, many staff didn’t show up for work. Completely understandable but that something you should tell people when they sit down. We keep asking when our food is coming, was told 15 more minutes numerous times. Finally when we got angry, they said they are short staff. Still, 2 hours to bring tea is a bit ridiculous.

The accommodation was adequate but for the stench and noise. You can really hear noise from the hallways. The putrid smell would randomly come and go. We noticed the smell sometime during the night and even in the main lobby of the hotel. It was a really strong sewer smell. If it weren’t for those two issues, the location is prime especially since it’s connected to the mall. The room was clean enough as well. It really is too bad about that awful smell.

Super attentive, staff, incredible views, and a very clean accommodation. We had a great time and we recommended to anyone staying for a few days in Manila..

Supposed to be good location but I arrived late and left in the early morning The room I stayed layout is good but it’s not brand new, and bathroom is small.

Only 2 elevators for 20 floors, waste a lot of time waiting. Location, staff, front desk service, food , room was all excellent
