"I have spent my life working and living in 5 star hotels worldwide. The Copenhagen room is perhaps the most dynamic, as in the perfect Hollywood romance movie setting. i have ever experienced. From a custom 4 poster bed that could easily sleep 4, which sits viewing the Volcano sitting in the middle of the lake. Its a setting one would never forget. The staff is outstanding, extremely well trained, and truly dedicated to their guests needs. I didn't find a single staff member who i wouldn't have enjoyed calling a friend. The cuisine is truly fabulous, and prepared and served to perfection. The grounds groomed to perfection. The chance to have stayed here, is perhaps one of, if not the very best travel decisions i have ever made. Dont hesitate to stay here, you will never forget the experience. "

"The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room had a problem with the shower door we did not report it we just used the shower in the bathtub. The JetSki is fast the island hopping was great. "

"The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. Breakfast was really good. I just wish it already came as a full meal instead of adding rice separately. Room delivery is 20 pesos, which is pretty reasonable if you prefer eating in your room since the lobby dining area isn’t the best. There’s also a 50 peso fee if you want to use the microwave for outside food. The staff are very nice and helpful, which made the stay even better."
