If you want to be in Times Square, it’s the perfect location, but you surrounded by animals and people of low class the minute you step outside. My wife was almost assaulted the minute we walked outside to go to dinner. Again, I cannot emphasize on the animals that are literally right outside the time Square. I suggest you find on location uptown on the east side where is much safer and if you wanna go in and out from Times Square, you’re using an Uber

I recently stayed at the Arlo SoHo and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish atmosphere and several great amenities. I especially loved the speakeasy, the on-site restaurants, and the additional outdoor seating areas, which created a great vibe for relaxing or meeting friends. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. Being in SoHo made it easy to explore the neighborhood and access other parts of the city. There were a few areas of the hotel that felt a bit dated, but nothing that significantly impacted my stay. I was also surprised by how small the rooms were; however, after spending time in New York, I realized that compact hotel rooms are fairly standard in the city. One thing I was particularly excited about was the floor-to-ceiling windows with city views that I had seen in videos and photos. Since I was on the fourth floor, my view was more limited than I had expected. Overall, Arlo SoHo offers a stylish stay in an excellent location with great amenities and a unique atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying there again on a future trip to New York.

Another exceptional stay at the Langham NYC. My top choice when in town. Excellent staff and customer service overall, with best club lounge in the city.

You get what you pay for, but is amazingly located! I like to start with PRO’s. Greatly located, a block or less away the 96th station lands. Less than a block you have a Starbucks, a local coffee shop, Paris Baguettes, Breakfast and Panini place (two blocks), frozen yogurt, and on the corner a Walgreens with everything you need to buy to clean, desinfect your room, your hands (while on the subway), and water/snacks for the room. Two and a half blocks away is Central Park on the nice part to begin with, and two blocks the opposite direction riverside park (gorgeous walk). The STAFF was very kind, but you only got to interact with them during checkin and checkout, or when requesting room service. The room was comfortable (3 star quality) and had a lot of channels in the tv to watch. The lamps were awesome because had many plugs to charge your devices. Now the CON’s… The building could use some updating and maintenance. Rugs looks old and bit dirty (need professional work or renewal). The bathtub would clog consistently, the door needed smashing in order to close, the AC made so much loud noise to cool the room, NO small fridge nor Microwave (so good luck bringing any expensive leftovers from the restaurant). The elevators got messed up a few times. Get what you pay for. Good place to shower and sleep, greatly located, but not fancy at all. If they renewed the rooms, this place would be fantastic!! The location is what makes it.

We stayed there with two small children, and it was fantastic. The room was very spacious, and the bed with the curtain served as a little fort for them. The building seemed designed as an office building, so the floor was solid (soundproof), and the ceiling was high. A fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge was perfect! They also have a huge laundry room and a decent gym. The laundry room has some games, so kids can enjoy that too, and having laundry on site is extremely helpful with children. The shower area was a bit tricky, but as long as your kids can shower, it's all good. Well-thought-out design. In addition to all of that, the staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you so much! Wall Street is a great location for kids — our kids particularly enjoyed the playground at Battery Park, a nice indoor playground near NYSE, ferries to see the Statue of Liberty, taking one subway stop to visit the Transit Museum, and the tour bus we could hop on from Trinity Church, etc. Anyway, we highly recommend this hotel 👍
