I didnt need the air conditioning but the temperature was pretty good.

This is my go to hotel when stayin in Vancouver for work. Excellent location and fab bar to sit at if solo.

Honestly the best-the staff go out of their way to make your stay perfect. I've rarely seen such great customer service. The Hotel is perfectly situated to the waterfront, subway (airport access is ridiculously easy) and has a really nice cocktail bar. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vancouver

Great location with quick access to so many great neighborhoods. Comfy beds! Very clean. Very budget friendly.

Nice staff and clean room

We liked the hotel because of its proximity to Parq. The restaurant in the lobby was really good. Valet parking was $65! That is amazingly ridiculous. None of the staff bothered to mention that they charged a stupid amount for valet. I was shocked when I saw the bill. It just seems like they lack ethics.

This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver.

I stay here a couple times a year, I love the friendly staff the convenient location. The kitchens are a huge benefit for me. I love the Balcones and the views.

The room is amazing experience! The room looks exactly like the pictures shows. It's hard wood or laminate flooring so it's look clean than carpet. Bedding and the Victorian tub is very clean. Having bath aroma salts and lots of towers conveniently placed on a side table is a thoughtful details while having relaxation bath. It's just too bad the lobby and lounge was closed due to some incidents.

Nice hotel/condo. Convenient location, lots of services and good nearby. Clean rooms and spacious. My only complaint is one of the elevators was out of service which caused major delays getting to and from our room on the 7th floor.
