We were welcome by Basheer. He is very warm & knowledgeable. He is very polite, helpful & consistent. Our room had a power outrage but were quick to respond. They moved us to another room quickly. We returned to our room the next morning.

Staff were kind and helpful, room dated a bit. But overall clan and a good place to stay.

Everything was smooth. Although parking is valet $55/night (including re-entries), the staff was professional and quick. Room services were great! Definitely the atmosphere we were looking forward to for this trip!

While this is our first time back in a couple of years, it remains our go to hotel. There is a full bedroom for those who go to bed earlier. Kitchen, full refer. We don't eat out every meal, nice to have breakfast/coffee in-house. Close to English Bay. P.S. we come from Seattle on the train and usually stay a week. I do wish that the steam room still worked. Good enough workout room and yoga station. It is also one of the least expensive, its like having an apartment. Comes with a washer/dryer that we have never used. Davie Street has everything. It was very average, room was dated the harbour view was of another office building for the price it’s overrated and recommend looking around at other options. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Professional staff, centrally located, finest luxury lodging in YVR, competent room service, excellent bedding and amenities. My go-to whilst in YVR.

Staff and room were both amazing! We had an incredibly early flight and not only did they hold our luggage way before check-in, they got the room ready ASAP so we were able to have a nap in the morning and were rejuvinated for the day. It was above and beyond our expectations.

We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall. That was a miss as far as communication goes. Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.
