The location is excellent. The amenities are pretty sparse.

The hotel rooms were very comfortable and amenities like a full kitchen as well as a washer/dryer in the unit are a great feature. The staff were friendly and responded quickly. Unfortunately, the area around the hotel did not feel safe. I witnessed drug use on the sidewalk as I walked on the street next to the hotel. This was during the day.

We loved our stay here - while the rooms were a bit dated the hotel offers a superb value and location. The property is well maintained and we loved the comfortable beds and having a kitchenette.

Great location- huge room, with everything you need. Spotless, with quality linens and comfy beds. Would stay here again.

The Douglas was an unexpected gem. We chose it for the location, but the staff and the quality of the furnishings and amenities was fantastic.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Vancouver! The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Multiple bars and restaurants with great service and food The pool was a little bit small but lots of seating and the bar menu was bigger than I expected. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom was amazing included a Bose speaker built into the wall. Really nice features and amenities good location close to everything. The staff went above and beyond to make it a great stay

Location is amazing! The room had a great view and was very clean. The only thing I was disappointed with was the pool. We booked this place because of the pool/hot tub but the pool was so cloudy so we didnt go in. I would stay here again though.
