We had a joining suite. The showers didn't have sustainable water tempreture. The faucet would go from scalding hot to icy cold in seconds, back and forth. I explained this to the staff, however, they didn't understand. I was left waiting for service in the bar for long periods on both occasions that I visited. I had to go an source staff ro serve me. When they did my orders took a very long time even though there were very few people using the bar.

My stay at Jetwing Lagoon was truly exceptional. The manager, Romello Perera and Front Office Manager, Theresa Phyo went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Theresa, who helped me with reservations at other Jetwing properties, was amazing. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made planning the rest of my journey in Sri Lanka effortless and enjoyable.
The setting is serene, the service is great - the spirit of hospitality is alive. I would recommend this beautiful sanctuary to any traveler.
