The place felt like a maze, so I didn't get to enjoy the whole resort. The staff had no map of the resort therefore I only saw 10 percent of it. They also said there there was three pools though I could only find one, that's how much of a maze it was.

Great stay. Highly recommended it was peaceful and a cute getaway. The villa was great and the staff are amazing.

We enjoy our stay here! The hotel is beautiful with an awesome view! The staff are amazing.

We (myself and young daughter) stayed in a villa with a pool and valley view and loved it. You really feel like you’re transported to a magical Balinese wonderland here. The attention to details is apparent. The staff is so lovely and service is impeccable. The monkeys made our stay in this particular room very interesting, but don’t stay in a valley view room if you’re not keen on some rambunctious morning visitors. They make an excellent natural alarm clock.

If you’re a Hilton member, suggest the breakfast for your stay. Definitely worth it! Love this place, everyone was so kind and wonderful. Although I visited in early April, it was quiet which was nice. The shuttle service is a bonus. It will take you to Grand Hirafu welcome center if your vibe is more happy-go-lucky. Hehehe. Thank you to the Hilton Niseko staff for the experience. Can’t wait to come back with more powder.
