Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom is slightly outdated. Service and amenities are not comparable to other five star hotels in Toronto with similar cost- ritz and four seasons

I’m impressed with the loft/studio style room! The room was clean and it was a nice quiet space to stay in! I love the bathroom! And the location is so convenient to downtown and public transport! I highly recommend it! Thanks! :)

We had a lovely stay and the staff was very accommodating with us, as we were traveling with our toddler. The building is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and professional, and the restaurant food is top notch. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast from the adjoining cafe. We felt the value for our money was very good and were happy with our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.
