High price very plan

Staff was amazing and helpful. Ahmed sever at breakfast deserves a reward. He was so friendly, excellent, and made us feel at home. Rooms are great. Nice beds and amenities. Great location to be out of downtown but still part of it and walkable to old town and rainbow st. Food was the best. Dinners awesome. Highly recommend for professional and family travelers.

The only reason I fave 4 stars is the somking smell in the room, other that that rooms are clean and comfy

Air conditioner not working in the lobby at all, was told they were repairing it for 3 days. The room temperature would not cool the room below 75 degrees. They said repaired it 3 times still wasnt working by checkout. This is my third stay here and the Staff was amazing but I will never return. There are way better choices in Aqaba.

The property is next to a few government entities, so security is great. It is also not too far from some shopping areas. My room had a balcony. It was nice to get fresh air, but it can be noisy during the day and night.

It was so easy to light the parts of the room, the television was already on and could be set to any channel for entertainment in different languages or news in English. It was extremely easy to order food and the food and drinks often came promptly and was delicious, consistent and large in portions.

Le Royal is a hotel whose best days are probably behind it, but it still has plenty of charm. The lobby is very grand, and the room had good character and felt comfortable. I didn’t need much assistance from staff, but when I did interact with them they were helpful and pleasant. Minor downsides were small details like no bathrobes, and only one glass and one pair of slippers in the room. The spa area, however, was excellent and a real highlight. Breakfast was okay. As long as you’re not expecting the best hotel in Amman, it’s a very good option. I wouldn’t consider it a modern Western 5-star hotel, but the price reflects that, so overall it’s fair value and I’d still give the stay a 5-star review.
