Our stay was great but no shower curtain and didn’t notice till the morning when we had to leave so no shower. Other than that good

Pros: Great check-in service, large well appointed rooms, great views, trendy deco in hotel Cons: Hotel entrance for check in seems like a “back entrance”, breakfast looked great but failed to deliver on flavour, pool is small and only open until 7pm - also a strange configuration with a bar next to it.

Nice atmosphere and great location to stay with close proximity to PNE via transit. Patrick was wonderful, helping us up to our room and giving us tips on cool room features and how to use them. Love the urban, yet green and inviting, walkable atmosphere in the area. Would stay again!

What a wonderful hotel with exceptional staff. The location was also excellent as quite walkable through downtown with lots of sites to keep you entertained.

Smithe House provided a clean, quiet refuge for our weekend in Vancouver. The location is within walking distance (15-20) minutes from most downtown attractions. There are local eateries, bars and coffees much closer as well. Decor is modern and in that way also a bit sterile, but the apartment was very clean, the bathrobes fluffy and the gym more than adequate for a good morning workout.

I love how the staff let us check in early and was very friendly.

I recently stayed at the Wedgewood Hotel and was very disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, the staff was not welcoming or friendly, which set a negative tone right away. The room we were given on the 7th floor had a terrible odor, and unfortunately, my family became sick after the first night. When we requested a room change, the staff seemed very reluctant to accommodate us, though they eventually did move us for the second night. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected much higher standards in both hospitality and room quality. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I would not recommend staying here.

Winderful room, location and staff!

Great place to stay before heading to cruise terminal. Very close to airport, airport shuttle and quiet rooms. Beautiful view of the marina and planes landing
