Excellent accommodations and walking distance to essentials.

It was in a very cool trendy neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is wonderful. They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and heated bathroom floor.

Really kind staff. The elevator broke down for 2 days of my stay, so staff had to direct everyone to a backup elevator. I took the stairs 13 floors to thr gym and back one day. I felt bad for the staff dealing with thr chaos of a broken elevator!

Room was great and we did the upgrade and had early check in at 12:00 , access lounge on floor 23 . All food & non alcoholic beverages are free , free snack some hot , lots of choices and hot breakfast was super !!! It sounded but windows ocean facing ! 40.00 alcohol beverages coupon for that lounge was included in the 140.00 upgrade . Well work it 👍

Excellent location to BC Place. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and events.

The whirlpool was closed which was disappointing and our room was right beside the gym which was open 24 hours so when someone decided to use the medicine ball at 1am it woke us up. Internet should be free for a hotel this expensive.
