Great Lakes Seaway Luxury Vacations

Generally the stay was ok, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However there were some items that were a bit of an annoyance. The parking garage elevators were out of order for the 2 days of our stay. We had parked on the third floor when we arrived the first day and had to walk down the ramp to get to the lobby. The coffee maker did not work, plus a couple of the electrical outlets were also not working. The bath/shower gel dispenser was empty, when we let housekeeping know they set a full container on the vanity and didn't bother mounting it on the shower wall. Housekeeping didn't clean the room even though we had asked for it to be done. The tissue dispenser had about 4 tissues in it, they had been pulled up to the top to give the appearance it was full.

Our stay in Cleveland was really nice. The comfort at this location was amazing. Very quiet. Some of the workers were rude, but we didn’t let that take away from our vacation time. They do hold $75 each day that you stay, for incidentals, this was not mentioned prior to reservations. Just be aware. Valet was very quick, but rude. Very clean and quiet.

I was delighted by the friendly staff and how beautiful the rooms were. Added perks like coffee and water in the room and essential oils for my pillow were very thoughtful touches.

Our suite was very unique and offered us something different and more home-like. The record player and records or even a guitar we could play were unexpected surprises!

Check in was easy, our room was clean and it was close to public transportation which was convenient in getting to downtown Cleveland. Onsite dining and bar and valet parking was also very convenient.
