Smithe House was in a great location, had great amenities and the team did a fantastic job ensuring that instructions were clear and the small details were taken care of. Overall very nice hotel.

The Hotel itself is a bit underwhelming for the price point. The front desk staff are not overly friendly or helpful. There was also a very strong odour of B.O coming from one of them. Every time we seemed to be in the lobby area throughout our stay it was very pungent.They did not point out any of the features that the Hotel offered. Nothing about any of the restaurants, pool or gym. The room itself was Beautiful! Beds were comfy, Loved the Bathroom! Nespresso machine, dyson blowdryer, heated floors, separate luxury tub!! Clear Toilet door was extremely weird & useless?? Personally, I did not care either way about that, but what a huge expense for the Hotel for a feature that is useless. Hotel Gym was lovely! Had a Peleton bike & good selection of weights! The cooling towel & fresh water was a nice touch. We did not try out any of the restaurants, they were not mentioned by Front desk staff & never looked busy. Also did not use the pool, walked by to check it out & it seemed okay. My biggest complaint is the Parking. If I am already paying to stay at a premium price, & the Inpark was empty the whole time, I don't feel like I should have to pay extra for that! If you are full 100%, add the extra cost. The same 5 vehicles were parked the whole time we were there, & garbage cans overflowing.

Fairmont Pacific Rim was in an excellent location close to the water's edge in Vancouver. It was easy to walk to Gastown and the cbd and a fantastic spot to commence a bike ride or walk to the sea wall and Stanley park. We had a gold room which was gorgeous and we particularly enjoyed the benefits that come with booking the gold rooms

Great location and views.

This property was perfect for my family and for what we needed, the location was perfect and it was so easy to walk everywhere with lots of restaurants and places to go. The pool was always clean and stocked with towels, our room had everything you could’ve needed for your stay. The staff were also very nice and helpful, would highly recommend staying here!
