Great location close to food centre. Rooms are a bit old

Spacious room, all clean, nice bath, friendly personnel!

I would suggest placing a trash can in the living/bedroom space. Other than that, all was fine, including breakfast, staff, location, cleanliness, eco-friendliness, etc. etc. A bit pricey but worth it. I would perhaps stay again and/or suggest others the same.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Carlton Hotel, Singapore. It’s a nice hotel in a great location. The staff very kindly let us check-in early which was much appreciated following a long flight. The staff were friendly. We enjoyed some tasty treats at the Tuxedo cafe. Raffles Hotel, Raffles City for shopping and Chijmes are just across the road.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed me. The room was fantastic spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The shower was absolutely brilliant, one of the best I’ve experienced in any hotel. The check-in staff were amazing: warm, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable about Singapore, which made me feel instantly at home. On the reception level, there’s even a robot coffee machine that adds a fun, modern touch to the experience a small detail, but one that shows how thoughtfully the hotel blends style with innovation. The sky bar and infinity pool are top notch, offering stunning views and a great atmosphere. I’ve stayed at Marina Bay before, and yes, that’s bigger, but COMO Metropolitan really holds its own. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a retreat. Overall, this was a brilliant stay. Stylish rooms, superb service, and thoughtful extras made it memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, character, and a great base in Singapore.

There were shops close by and the MRT was across the road. For the price, the place was OK. Rooms were tiny but tidy. Basic amenities and staff were very nice. Didn't know that they did not have elevators.
