They upgraded my room from a city view to a sea view. They failed to communicate about a dry cleaning issue. Rooms look a little old and cigarette stains really detract. The property has a few minor maintenance issues. It is close enough to the water. I will come back again.

Все было чисто, уютно
Одеяла не было, попросила на ресепшен. С улицы шум слышно, мечеть слышно (использовала беруши)
А так очень хороший отель вблизи аэропорта (можно доехать даже на метро)

Very good SPA and facilities and all the 5* qualities
It is a little bit remote to places like Istanbul and Izmit
I did not like the same half-board menu during the whole week as this got tiresome

The hotel was gorgeous, but the staff especially at breakfast try to scam you. We agreed to a price of $25 euros per person than they charged us $35 euross, and completely refused to correct it. We enjoyed the hotel, but on the way out, they left us with a sour taste. It wasn’t about the money., it just doesn’t feel good to feel cheated.
