This hoteliers was Stellar. Very Elegantly decorated. Dtaff very accommodating and professional. Buffet was delicious and foid was different on a daily basis. Pool was great and Hot tub the star of the hotel. Rooms very comfortable and the Bed, I feel in love with the Bed. We enjoy of the executive services and it was amazing.

Rooms are not well maintained but are clean.
Front desk personnel are very helpful and friendly most of the staff are very nice. Except the ones that control the pool entrance and not to mention the manager. As a business owner I would be very disappointed to have someone like him representing my business in any way.
He’s high-handed and arrogant. The restaurant staff is always friendly the food is okay.
Breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious.
The hotel has a high potential they just need to renovate it.

Best hotel we stayed during our Guatemala trip. True 5 star facilities with excellent options for food. We Ubered the day we were Guatemala City. Reaching airport was a breeze from here. Would definitely stay here again.
