Overall, the hotel was great! Housekeeping everyday that we were there, friendly and helpful staff, close to many places which was very convenient, and the view from the room was amazing. Would definitely stay there again!

Pros: Clean, gorgeous property, super quiet
Negatives: Biggest negative is the old school magnetic stripe card keys, which are finicky and lose their charge often. Recommend getting two cards even if you don't need both.
Second biggest negative is the odd behaviour by the staff. Asking for your card key to get recharged get you a lecture from the staff about keeping your cards separate from each other so they don't demagnetize each other. We were also chased down by the staff on the way to check out the onsite gym with a firmly spoken, "Can I help you?!" when there was nowhere else we could be going. As it turns out, our card keys wouldn't let us into the gym anyway, even though all guests should have access, but given the problems mentioned earlier, it wasn't worth trying to get assistance about it. At least they still worked for the room access.

Perfect room. Beautiful gym. Steam room in spa was huge and a nice bonus. Cocktail bar was just right. Not too stuffy and still fun and classy.
