The room needed refreshing, new coasters, the bed was extremely noisy when getting in and out..our remote was not working g them replaced but still didn’t work and it was so late to replace, we asked for two extra pillows and they never arrived. I’d stay again and ask for a refreshed room.

Large room with luxury amenities including a town down service and tasty coffee. Beds were comfortable and appreciated the black out shades and view. Ran into some celebs in the elevator.

Pros: Clean, gorgeous property, super quiet Negatives: Biggest negative is the old school magnetic stripe card keys, which are finicky and lose their charge often. Recommend getting two cards even if you don't need both. Second biggest negative is the odd behaviour by the staff. Asking for your card key to get recharged get you a lecture from the staff about keeping your cards separate from each other so they don't demagnetize each other. We were also chased down by the staff on the way to check out the onsite gym with a firmly spoken, "Can I help you?!" when there was nowhere else we could be going. As it turns out, our card keys wouldn't let us into the gym anyway, even though all guests should have access, but given the problems mentioned earlier, it wasn't worth trying to get assistance about it. At least they still worked for the room access.

My stay here was great! Clean facilities and convenient location for concert goers. Highly recommend.

Perfect room. Beautiful gym. Steam room in spa was huge and a nice bonus. Cocktail bar was just right. Not too stuffy and still fun and classy. Lobby is gorgeous.

The property is nice but it’s the exceptional staff that made our stay memorable.

Clean room, excellent staff, no complaints

Fabulous hotel. We loved our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. We did notice there were little things here and there in the room that showed it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Smudges on glass surfaces on the desk and other areas that showed they had not been wiped down in a while. A large noticeable spill stain on the the bureau that was there for our whole stay since check in, telling us it was probably there before and will be there after us. We wiped at it and it’s totally cleanable. Just hasn’t been cleaned. Will share pics.
