We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the Joule. The room was nice and spacious. It was located near many restaurants that were in walking distance. We had an issue with parking. We had to circle the hotel several times for valet parking. We were considering parking in one of the parking garages but we didn’t know which garage was for the hotel. Would we stay here again? Yes but we would park in one of the parking garages instead.

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy …so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy
