Nothing not to dislike, first class all the way. My husband and I loved our room, 41st floor beautiful views looking down part city & Cathedral views. Awesome night views & great sunrises 🌅 👍 Friendly staff & very helpful

While this is a beautiful old hotel, it does come with some issues. The HVAC in our room did not work. We asked 3 times to get fixed. Luckily the windows can open but the street noise was very loud. The shower was nice but water splashed everywhere due to the small glass door and very slippery. Dated but full of charm. Not a 5 star but perhaps a 4.

Room lights were too dim, bath tub was slightly blocked and fridge was not cold at all.

Great restaurant. Great views. Convenient. Lovely staff. All good.

Great! The best thing after a delayed flight is to be able to check in early at no cost

Hotel in good location, we booked a nice riverview room. The view is fantastic. The room is spacious. It is a five-star hotel, front desk staff are really helpful. The location is just on the river. The breakfast wasn't up to the standard of a five-star hotel, with not too much variety and items repeated every day, but the staff there were great. Generally speaking, we enjoyed our stay.

Dated but clean. Lovely to be upgraded to a balcony. Close to where we needed to be.
