The room itself was small. However, very clean. No complaints. The staff was wonderful. I do not speak Mandarin and still they were incredibly kind and attentive and assisted me in English. The staff goes above and beyond to make the stay a pleasurable experience.

Friendly staff with excellent service, clean room and very good breakfast buffet..8-) The hotel has a laundry room which is a big plus. Nearby Kausiung Metro station is convenient, similar to the one in Taipei, but in a smaller scale.
