Check in is strictly at 3 pm, no early check in allowed. Location is excellent. Very convenient and easy to travel out from Nagoya. Room is tiny but clean. Comfortable bed. Housekeeping standards are high and consistent.

We weren’t informed our luggage transfer to our next hotel was to be transferred later and not same day so we were left stranded without our stuff at the next hotel.
Hotel itself is nice and good location, but that really rained on our parade.

The room is spacious, it’s close to different bus stops. Not too close to the train stations and if you are carrying big suitcases, it might be a bit of a walk and up the stairs from platform to ground floor. Overall, a pleasant and convenient spot to explore Nagoya.

名古屋駅の送迎バスのバス停留所を探すのに苦労した。HP上の案内図もわかりやすい記載が必要かと思う。 朝食のバリエーションも豊でかつ美味しかった。家族連れが多く過ごしやすい環境でした。 ルームについてはトイレや浴槽の見えにくい場所には埃や水垢が散見され、清掃についてはまだまだ改善の余地があると思う。 総合的には満足な宿泊であったかと考える。
