There was building work going on and steps up to the entrance which were difficult with dogs and luggage. No luggage trolleys available because of the steps. Our room was on the ground floor which was great but everyone walked straight past our window to get to the pool/bar/ restaurant. We had to keep the shutters down for the whole time we were there.

When we arrived there were two people at the reception desk. It was past 10 pm and there were several people waiting, but just only one of the two people was serving.
