The only good thing about this hotel is the interior in the lobby area, outdoors and swimming area. The staff were unhelpful, we complained multiple times about the wifi not working in our room and we were met with “keep trying” the Tv was meant to be a smart TV, yet we couldn’t get it to work, even connecting via chromcast due to the unresponsive WiFi. No utensils in the room, we were given paper cups instead. It was overall a disappointing stay. Wouldn’t go back there again.

Personnel aux petits soins… depuis le veilleur de nuit lorsqu’on arrive à 4h du matin jusqu’au personnel de la réception du jour y compris le responsable et également le personnel du Spa. Testé aussi le restaurant le midi : personnel professionnel et cuisine italienne très bonne. Seul bémol : la marge que prend la plateforme Hôtels,com ! Ok ça m’a permis de trouver rapidement une chambre à 23h pour la nuit même… en plein week-end du salon du Bourget … mais si ce n’avait pas été ce contexte exceptionnel c’était très cher payé de passer par cette appli.

Séjour d’une nuit très agréable, bon rapport qualité prix. Peut être penser à préciser lors du Check-in les créneaux réservés aux adultes pour la piscine afin d’éviter de tomber sur le créneau famille durant lequel la piscine est très bruyante. Mais cela est indiqué sur les télés dans les chambres et l’eau est chauffée.
