Exceptional room. But the gin tonic very expensive

Everything from the greeting to the room was fabulous. We arrived at 7:45am. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready at 2pm instead of 3pm and we were told about all the benefits to staying at the hotel. I am still shocked at how easy it is to book at princess meet and greet! The beds are so comfy, waterfall shower…amazing and the hidden details in the decoration are truly special. The little bedtime tea and story is a sweet touch. I love that there is a fridge and free water/soft drinks. The tv mirror is pretty amazing and you can log int your Disney+ account or create an account and use the service on the DLH so Disney movies in your room is accessible 10/10 stay. Plus I love how close it is to get to your room from the park after the fireworks.

I used him several times to give me places to go for dinner at the shop.. It seemed that he learned about us very quickly and was able to do breakfast to places that fit our lifestyle. The French cuisine in the restaurant was awesome. We loved it so much that we ended up eating there instead of the million other places throughout Paris. Five star all the way. Thank you so much for producing amazing memories for my fiancé and me.

Absolutely the best five star hotel in Paris.

Immaculate hotel. The staff were all amazing! Always friendly coming in from a day or leaving! Room was always cleaned to perfection. I typically don’t take baths in hotels or at all but this deep tub called my name after exploring the city! I stayed in March and they had air conditioning for the Americans like me who can’t live without! Overall amazing stay can’t wait to come back!

One of the best hotel stays ever! The service by the staff was amazing. Any request was met with positive, “will do” attitudes. The breakfast was fantastic, the bar service excellent. The hotel is a short (less than 5 minute) walk from several excellent restaurants. My wife and I were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel, the location, personal service, and our room. Definitely will be staying here again!

Beautiful hotel in best location in Paris. Great facilities (enjoyed the balcony) and centric location. Walking distance to Seine/Louvre. Lots of restaurants in the area. 10/10

I asked for a peppermint tea bag and an extra bottle of water in the afternoon which never arrived, then I asked the cleaning lady again, they ended sending me all the other types of tea bags I did not need. The young lady at the reception also seems inexperienced, she shows willingness to help earnestly, however she did not remember that she promised to send some ice to our room which never happened. Alas, otherwise our experience would have been very good!
